I did this before and I think 4 people are named the same as me. One of them is in South Carolina or something. I googled myself one day and found her.
I shouldn't tell this story because it scared the crap out of me. I googled my daughters name before she was born. I went to this web site and a picture of a grave stone came up. It had the name of my soon to be daughter on it. Ok so I freaked. I sat there at my desk and sent loving thought to the family in my way. I don't google names anymore. However I do forward email to one of the other me's out there in the world.
