This song pulls at my soul.
My grownup Christmas wish
Do you remember me?
I sat upon your knee
I wrote to you
With Childhood fantasies
Well I'm all grown-up now
Can you still help somehow?
I'm not a child
But my heart still can dream
So here's my lifelong wish
My grown-up Christmas list
Not for myself
But for a world in need
No more lives torn apart
That wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
Every man would have a friend
That right would always win
And love would never end
This is my grown-up
Christmas list
What is this illusion called?
The innocence of youth
Maybe only in our blind belief
Can we ever find the truth?
There'd be no more lives torn apart
And wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
Every man would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end
This is my grown-up Christmas list
This is my only lifelong wish
This is my grown-up Christmas list
Lyrics by Linda Thompson Foster
Be safe...

I don't know what my fav. Christmas song is, but I love 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' music:)
OOPS!
My internet connection is so bad that the word verification ended up in the text of my comment. Sigh.
When I get back to America...

I put in the word verificastion in to so that Paul looks right.
Ummmmmm favorite Christmas song.
Hard one.
Depends on how drunk I am.
If I am mellow, give me the Little Drummer Boy and I could just sit back and dream.
If I am wild and out of control well then The Mormon Tabernacle Choir belting out Carol of the bells.
My favorite Xmas song changes every year depending on my "mood of the season". The past couple years it has been Josh Groban's version of "O Holy Night". When he hits that one strong, high note towards the end, there's not much that can match that. It takes a heck of a voice to pull that song off. Have a very Merry Christmas!!
