Ok, Who Can Make This?

Trinity and I went to the park. She played and I drew this necklace. The day before I had been going through some old notebooks and realize I have been doodling jewelry for years. On EniOken's site she shows drawing of the pieces that she's made. The drawing adds to the progression of the piece. I think we all learned that watching Lone Beader making the "Diva's". The "Diva's" progression started with a simple drawing, next the cut out felt pieces, the layering of beads and then the mounted finished piece. The drawing starts the anticipation for the final product which adds to the value of the art. Wow that was deep. I think I need coffee!

Before I forget, check out the John Mellencamp web site. Listen to his new single "Our Country". A good friend of my has been working for the Mellencamps for years doing their web sites. This Saturday is the launch of the new site but you can still go there now and listen to the new single. Yes I knew TonyB when he was in high school.

This is a great drawing!! I hope you try to make one of your drawing a reality. Also, you've inspired me to bring my sketchbook to work with me, so I can doodle, too.=:)

Also, thanks for mentioning me. *blush*

I'm just thrilled that you are continually interested in my work:)

Have a happy day!!!

This is great, as soon as I saw the picture my mind started working out how I would make it, what colour stones I would use and so on. I'm really bad at drawing and sketching so I've pretty much given up trying but I can totally see where it would be an advantage. Great job!

Here Again

I'm just messing around and wondering if this thing still works. It's been awhile since I've done this. Wish I had never stopped...
